BPJS Ketenagakerjaan adalah program pemerintah yang dibentuk untuk menyelenggarakan program jaminan kecelakaan kerja, jaminan hari tua, jaminan pensiun, dan jaminan kematian. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan atau Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan mewajibkan setiap warga negara Indonesia dan orang asing yang telah tinggal di Indonesia minimal 6 bulan untuk mendaftarkan dirinya untuk menjadi anggota.
