PT Tugu Pratama Indonesia - TPI or later known as Asuransi Tugu is an Indonesian company that is invovled in general insurance industry. Asuransi Tugu concentrates its business activities in general insurance industry with the business scope in loss insurance services related to oil & gas industry as well as marine hull. PT Tugu Pratama Indonesia is a non core subsidiary company of state-owned oil giant PT Pertamina (Persero) or Pertamina Group. At present, Pertamina Group is the majority shareholder in Asuransi Tugu with a 65 percent stake. Another 35 percent are owned by PT Sakti Laksana Prima (35 percent), Siti Taskiyah (12.5 percent) and Mohamad Satya Permadi (5.25 percent).  Asuransi Tugu is based in Jakarta and now has 7 branches and networks, located at Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan, Palembang, Balikpapan, and Hongkong.

Statement of financial position of Asuransi Tugu in 2014 showed a good performance. According to Asuransi Tugu Financial Report 2014 as cited by lowongankerja.in, Asuransi Tugu registered a 14.25 percent growth intotal comprehensive profit of 444.78 billion as compared with Rp 389.31 billion in 2013.

General Requirements

• Male/Female, not older than 28 years (for AUD - JKT) or 35 years (for SAUD - JKT) of age before 1 December 2015.
• Background in Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance from a leading university.
• Required experience for minimum 2 years (AUD - JKT) and 3 years (SAUD - JKT) in similar position.
• Have Qualified Internal Auditor (QIA) is highly regarded.
• Well proven in English (both spoken & written).
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and Audit Softwares.
• Good health.
• Good team work and excellent in partnership with other organizations.
• Fast learnet, strong sense of analytical thinking and strong interpersonal skills.
