Senior Officer CFO PMO - Vacancy ID : VAC5805
Requirements :

• Education S1 degree from well-known University, majoring in Accounting or Finance (preferably with a business degree).
• Min. 4 years of experience in the related field, includes 1 year of experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of telecommunication market, both domestic and international telecommunication market.
• Strong understanding of Indosat Group operating environment and strong rapports with key stakeholders.
• Able to ask critical questions, perform structured problem solving, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts.
• Have a high level of professionalism.
• Willing to learn and hungry for knowledge.
• Able to engage with people from all levels
• Expertise with a variety of the ICT Industry's concepts, practices and procedures and able to provide thought leadership (ie. facilitation).
• Excellent level of English proficiency (spoken and writing).
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Ms Project.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements :

• Education S1 degree majoring in IT, Computer, Telecommunication, Business and Marketing.
• Min. 6 years of experience in the field of business, consultancy or system integration.
• Past experience in business strategy / development is critical for this role.
• The candidate with prior experience in Vertical Industry (finance banking or non-banking, government, education, media/broadcaster, hospitality is preferred.
• Past experience in product/marketing, sales solution is critical for this role.
• Have a strong knowledge in ICT Market.
• Strong knowledge of business landscapes and industry.
• Strong blend of analytical and analyzing trend in vertical industry.
• Able to work across difference functions, business units and cultures.
• Successful track of managing people directly and indirectly.

• Capable of spotting opportunities to increase revenues through offering the solution.
• Possess the capability of defining the qualitative and quantitative reports needed.
