Job Requirements:

• With age maximum 32 years old
• Graduated from reputable university, S1 degree (Technical Engineer, Statistic, Economy, IT and Insurance) with minimum GPA 2.75 (Scale 4)
• Minimum 5 years experienced as Reinsurance Administration Staff
• Knowing of reinsurance placement (Treaty, Facultative, Collection and Claims)
• Preferable familiar with claim handling especially for Property & Engineering
• Able to work independent, proactive, attention to detail, work to deadline
• Having effective English communication both oral and written
• Having a logical thinker and analytical skill
• Very organized and have ability to prioritize
• Able to work quickly and thrive in high-pressure environment
• Very responsible and always takes the time to search benefits option prior to reinsurance broker aspect
• Computer literate
