Job Desc :

• Creating and managing invoices for ongoing projects.
• Processing operational accounting process, project and individual expenses.
• Conduct thorough reviews  of monthly revenues and expense accounts.
• Produce error-free accounting report and present their results.
• Creating projects spending & resource allocation reports.
• Administer daily transactions into Journal Accounting System. 
• Identify and communicate areas for potential efficiencies for given responsibilities.
• Implement accounting control procedures as directed to Ensure compliance with GAAP principles.
• Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns.

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university with GPA min. 3,00.
• Have at least 3 years experience in Accounting capacity and Journal Accounting processes
• Hands-on experience with accounting software packages.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
• Accuracy and attention to detail and aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
• A team player and also able to work independently.
• Understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Brevet A/B certification is an asset.
