PT Bank BCA Syariah - BCAS or later known as BCA Syariah is a rapid sustainable growth sha ria banking company in Indonesia. BCA Syariah is a member of the Country's strongest private bank PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA Group). Total third party fund went up by 37.3% from Rp1,703 billion in 2013 to Rp2,338.7 billion in 2014.

Customer Service Officer

Requirements
  • Age 20 to 27 years old.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Customer Service Bank. Previous experience as Customer Service Bakti BCA will be highly prioritized.
  • Communicative and good ability to persuade.
  • Good looking.
  • Spry, attractive, enthusiastic, friendly, and conscientious.
  • Profic ient in Microsoft Office application and fluent in English.
  • Good knowledge of sharia banking products.
  • Good knowledge of anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism for commercial banks.
Officer Pengembangan Kebijakan SDM (Sistem & Prosedur HRD)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 40 years old.
  • Minimum S1, preferably majoring in Psychology, Law or Information Technology.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Industrial Relation/system procedures at banking industry.
  • Experienced in Banking.
  • Strong knowledge of IT system and application related to Human Resources (HR).
  • Able to think logically, critically and analytically.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to create and observe policies related to human resources.
  • Placement at Head Office BCA Syariah.
