Qualification

  • Design and implement the recruitment strategy to include a full-cycle recruitment and selection process, best and cost effective recruiting methods and creative recruitment solutions
  • Identify training development needs of all employees throughout the organization including training needs analysis surveys
  • Produce a resourced annual training plan and liaise with internal respective departments and external vendors to support and optimize the achievement of company objectives and delivery of the annual training plan
  • Manage Performance management process
  • Design and develop innovative talent management programs and processes to improve the organization's bench strength and succession management
  • Organize and monitor performance management system
  • Develop learning & development policies & procedures
  • Develop & manage talent pool including Individual development plan process
  • Develop & inplement succession planning & Career path policy & system
  • Age maximum 40 years old
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent
  • Full-Time position(s) available
