Specific Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably from Agriculture, sales/marketing, business, or communication
• Min. 5 years of experience related to agriculture equipment sales, preferably from  Agriculture Tractor dealer

• Maximum 45 years old
• Excellent
• Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities.
• Strong Leadership skill is a must, timely, & consistenly high quality
• Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self-motivated, honest fast learner, and able to work in a team and/or independently
• Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally, in local language and English
• Willing to travel around Indonesia and or to be base in our network
• Willing to work over time to finish deadlines
• Willing to work in Cakung, Jakarta Timur
