Requirements

IS Analyst (Service Commercial) (ID-02480)

Requirements

• University degree, majoring in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent) with additional certificates, degrees.
• At least 3-5 years of business/IS experience.
• Experience in Service delivery within multinational company.
• Strong understanding of key IS delivery processes and business processes.
• Strong knowledge and good understanding in service management (ITIL), ITIL Foundation & PMPM ce rtified
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent oral and written English.

(Senior) IS Analyst (ID-02482)

• Candidate must possess education at least a Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• At least 2-4 years of business/IS experience (ID-02481).
• At least 5-8 years of business/IS experience (ID-02482).
• Experience in budget planning process, service management (ITIL) and process design.
• Have experience in complex environment
• Result oriented, able to manage priorities, plan and deliver in multitasking environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills to able to explain complex topics in a simple way
• Able to learn on the fly with analytical mindset and problem solving skills
• Li ke challenges and accept changes.
• Excellent oral and written English.
