1. SERVICE MANAGER (Code: SM)
Requirements :
  • Age 28­40 years
  • Minimum D3 Mechanical Engineering
  • Have SIM C and A
  • Has managerial experience minimum 3 years in the same field (Automotive prioritized)
  • Spirited leadership and management expertise
  • Have knowledge of machinery & Spare parts
  • Mastering the English language minimum passive and computers (MS Word, Excel
  • & Internet)
  • Friendly, communicative and target oriented
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • The service manager oversees the service department and is typically responsible for :
  • Hiring and supervising all service department personnel, as well as monitoring their
  • performance in servicing customers
  • Creating goals and objectives for the department, which includes an annual operating
  • budget and a marketing plan to promote new and repeat business
  • Providing training on administrative policies and procedures for all department personnel.
  • Encouraging technicians to keep their skills up­to­date through periodic technical training
  • on new systems and components offered by the automotive manufacturers
  • Keeping up­to­date on manufacturer warranty and policy procedures while serving as a
  • liaison with the factory representatives
  • Maintaining the highest Customer Service Index (CSI) rating from customers by handling

2. GENERAL MANAGER (Code: GM)
Requirements :
  • At Least 5+ years retail automotive dealership as General Manager (Experience wi th
  • previous Honda dealership prioritized)
  • Willing to relocate if necessary
  • Proven track record
  • Strong record of consistent positive customer satisfaction results
  • Team â€" oriented
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record, own vehicle prioritized
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • The ILR General Manager helps reinforce the “omotenashi” brand and culture, exuding a
  • positive attitude and high energy.
  • The GM directs the day­to­day operations of the Honda dealership team, providing guidance
  • and support in a face­paced environment, Motivate and coach high­performance teams to
  • promote the continued growth of Honda Lampung Raya
  • Proventrack record with Honda dealers and dealer operations
  • Plans and implements successful dealership operation
  • Maintains CSI at or above ATPM standards
  • Assesses the operations of all dealership departments
  • Works with department managers to improve operations, performance, and profitability
  • Supervises department managers
  • Oversees training and supervision of all dealership team members
  • Oversees hiring and discipline decisions
  • Oversees pricing and inventory
  • Maintains good working relationship with manufacturer and lending institutions
  • Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards
  • Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Serves as effective dealership representative to community
  • Oversees balance sheet management
  • Maintains effective team member relations
  • Conducts weekly manager meetings
  • Promotes and maintains good CSI based on “Omotenashi”
