Job Purpose:

Establish solid understanding of product formulation requirements for Crops, with main focus on liquid pesticides and tank mix adjuvant. Ability to take and follow instructions on how to complete customer development projects. Ability to learn standardized processes and procedures used by Clariant. Ability to organize ones work and overtime to trouble shoot problems that arise with these two types of applications. Ability to communicate in a logical and standardized approach the results of tests completed in the laboratory.

Responsibilities:

• Support technical service manager and sales in Crop Solutions with main focus on liquid pesticide formulation and adjuvant.
• Run customer projects defined by technical service manager.
• Build up in-depth know how on materials and technologies.
• Follow test methods, run benchmark studies.
• Communicate results of tests in formats that are logical and accurate to share with customers.
• Overtime expand knowledge and require less direction from technical manager.

Competencies Required :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or similar field of study is a must.
• 4-6 years practical experience in surfactant industry or pesticide industry with focus on pesticide formulation development is a must.
• Must have experience with all equipment required to produce pesticide formulations.
• Good ability to communicate in English.
• Willing to work at Tangerang.
