Job Purpose:

• Improve on our technical support in SEA. Identified focus segments (Latex, Décor Paints) and product groups (Dispersing Agents, Nonionic Emulsifiers, Wetting Agents) in order to to implement our growth plan for SEA in P&C segment

Responsibilities:

• Promote Clariant product range to customers
• Product Formulation, testing, Benchmark reports
• New product development
• Customer complaint handling, Assist customers during trials

Competencies Required :

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineer
• 10 to 12 years' with hands on experience in R&D , Lab : product formulation, development
• Preferably from the water borne Paint manufacturing / latex manufacturing, Specialty chemicals Industry with experience in wetting agent, dispersing agent, emulsifiers
• Must exhibit good communication skills in English
• Willing to travel within South East Asia Region
