Responsibilities:

• List up the target customer and review to gain the business
• Visiting and communicating with the clients and project site
• Approaching customers to conduct export / import forwarding and other project jobs from submitting quotation until starting the business
• Communicating and coordinating with customers, related operation team and or vendors, as well as overseas Yusen to proceed and accomplish the business and the job smoothly
• To monitor billing submission and ensure payment settlement by customers
• To report sales and operation activities & achievement
• To help manager in achieving company target
• To help manager in preparing the meeting and reporting

• Minimum 30 years old
• D3 or degree from various majors
• Freight forwarding and logistics knowledge is a must
• Sufficient project cargo operation and customer approach experience, specially heavy duty cargo experience will be the advantage
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Able to work in the field and doing project cargo surevey, arrangement and supervision
• Good analytical, planning, and reporting skill
• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skill
• Having knowledge of government regulation and familiar in Import documentation and customs clearance shall be necessity
• Energetic, charming, and love challanges
• Fluent in spoken and written english
• Computer literacy is a must 
• To be placed in Cibitung Head Office
• Domiciled in Bekasi and Jakarta
• Also has to work 2 Saturdays (half-day) per month

General Qualifications:

Energetic, honest, Charming,  have a strong motivation in working, disciplined, able to work under pressure, able to work in team, able to operate Windows  and Microsoft Office. Able to communicate in English, passively and actively.
