  • Min D-3 in Hospitality or F&B Industry
  • Having experience min 3 years in the same positions
  • Strong Leadership and excellent problem-solving skills along with good communication skills
  • Highly motivated and driven
  • Creative, independent, and resourceful
  • Good communication skills and a great team-player
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Able to read and converse in English
Job Responsibilities:
  • Handling overseeing the supervision of employees
  • Harness a working environment, which encourages teamwork, energy and creativity
  • Leading restaurant operation teams to create and maintain restaurant experience for our customer and team members
  • Overseeing & directing the overall restaurants operation workforce & making decisions (i.e. hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging staffing & scheduling)
  • Responsible for the outlets to achieve sales target determined by the management
  • Conduct office management tasks; prepare, revise and submit reports, budgets and other documentations
