Requirements:

• Female max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor's Degree from any major
• Has min. 3-5 years experiences as Assistant Manager or Supervisor, preferably in sales and promotion Property/Real Estate/High-rise Building or equivalent
• Able to communicate effectively with people and present a positive, professional image and results driven
• Possess good networking and customer service orientation
• Good interpersonal skill, creative, innovative and initiative, good attitude, honest and hard working
• Excellent analytical, negotiation skills, and able to work under pressure, independent and overtime
• Computer literate for Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point programs
• Fluent in English
