An exciting opportunity to work in a flagship construction mixed use development project for a HSE as detailed below:HSE ManagerReports to the ER and Employer on all Health Safety and Environmental issuesF&G's principal representative who is responsible for developing, administering and monitoring the project HSE Execution Strategy and Plan to ensure that the Project is compliant with all required and obligated State, Federal and local HSE Laws and Regulation, contractual requirement and the project's HSE goalsResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Understand contact and HSE requirement
• Prepare project specific HSE plan and manual
• Ensure implementation of HSE plan for projects
• Advise Project Management Team on HSE issues
• Supervise and direct HSE professional
• Ensure that local, state, client and/or OSHA rules and regulation and Corporate Standards are followed
• Maintain HSE documentation, reports and records
• Investigate HSE incident, develop root-cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are communicated and completed
• Develop Project Crisis Management Plan
• Comply with F&G business and legal policies
• Identify/review the HSE hazards and risk associated with the scope of the work and provide recommendation for mitigation and continuous improvement
• Responsible for and authority for the overall implementation of the HSE Plan
• Communicate the HSE policies, procedures and processes
• Provide updates as necessary to reflect changes in legal and other regulation
• Provide periodic progress reviews of project against management programs to ensure their continued applicability and adherence to Corporate HSE expectation
• Identify/develop appropriate HSE operational controls
• Monitor/measure/report key characteristic of HSE performance and key performance indicators
