REQUIREMENTS

• Male or female
• Have experience in mass production garment factory at least 10 years
• Have leadership
• Able to make decision, initiative, ambitious
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Good written and spoken english, additional mandarin or japanese will be advantage
• Able to do production plan based on capacity and material available
• Understand how to manage the most efficiency production flow
• Able to create sop for each dept in production
• Fully accountable for quality, production, manufacturing efficiency targets in one factory of at least 300k monthly capacity.
• Willing to work in klaten area

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage all production, quality, production planning of 1 factory (of at least 300K pcs monthly capacity.)
• Manage and Supervise supervisor start from material/acc warehouse, cutting, sewing, iron, qc and packing to ensure shipment will be on time and in accepted quality.
• Explain practices and directives to factory supervisors to achieve shared goals.
• Influence factory production/ quality middle management and drive change to achieve production objectives.
• Make day to day decisions within defined scope (with support on complex issues)
• Account for production area with predefined scope of responsibilities.
• Execute defined directives.
