You will:

• Provide direction and coordination of all field activities related to the physical construction of commercial solar installations
• Create project plans, establish timelines and build budgets
• Ensure project quality control by conducting on-site inspections and supervision as needed
• Establishes processes for systems and communication lines on site and ensure implementation is consistent
• Manage the collection, organization and filing of all project documentation on site
• Testing and commissioning of the PV installations
• Directly manage installers teams and subcontractors
• Assure delivery of project in time within budget while meeting or exceeding company standards
• Ensuring all operational activities are in compliance with HSE
• Provide technical solutions to the installer teams
• Manages personnel in a stressful environment to ensure work is the focus and to keep employees engaged
• Daily Reporting to Management

Requirements:

• Electrical Engineer degree
• Minimum 5 years Working experience with Power Plants project management
• Intermediate level of knowledge for Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering
• Leadership and Team Building
• Hands-on and proactive attitude to learn and to be trained
• Willing to travel and work on site
• Proficient in English
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Visio, MS Project
